LC's website was in need of an overhaul to better reflect the brand & improve the user experience. I art directed design of the new site, guiding the brand look, navigation, & user experience and also designed a resident's only microsite (not shown). Here residents can log in to pay rent, register for events, make requests, view past event photos, & find out all about the latest community happenings.

This series of ads was created to promote Lifestyle Communities newest Columbus community, LC Brooklands. The series ran for 3 months on the back cover of 614 Magazine. The goal was to create a consistent & recognizable campaign, showcasing all aspects that create The Good Life.

A summer campaign to promote brand awareness. The campaign included a number of local outlets including print ads in 614 Magazine, billboards, digital signage, posters & hot cards at the LC Pavilion, web banners on Columbus Underground & Pandora & an 8-week Facebook campaign.
